Kids love having their stuff personalized, and I love having their stuff organized! This earbud storage case is a blast to make and is perfect for keeping in your purse or school backpack.
If you have ever reached into your bag to find your earphones in a tangled knot, then a storage case is a must. With a few simple steps, you can transform a mint case into a storage case for your earbuds.
As more and more schools use electronic devices, earbuds are finding their way onto supply lists. Have your kids make a storage case before the school year begins and kiss tangled cords goodbye!!

HOW TO MAKE AN EARBUD CASE FROM A MINT CONTAINER
SUPPLIES
Mint/Gum Container
Mod Podge
DCWV Scrapbook Paper
Scissors
Mason Jar (tracing)
Small letter stickers
DIRECTIONS
Remove the stickers from an empty/used mint container (we used an Icebreaker container). Cut a circle from your scrapbook paper that is the same size as the container. In order to make ours even, we traced a mason jar as a template. Fold your circles in half and cut directly down the middle. You will now have two half circles.
Generously apply mod podge to each side of the top of the mint container. Add it to the back of the circles you also cut out. Put the circle on the lid. Then, apply a generous layer of mod podge over the top of the paper. Let dry for at least 10 minutes.
Your project is ready for use. However, if you want it decorated on the top and the bottom, you can cut out another circle and adhere it to the bottom (following the same directions as above).
To add more flair and to personalize your case, use stickers along the side. Viola. You’re done! This project will take you around 15 – 25 minutes to make.
