I love being able to turn old things into something new and useful! One thing I like to work with is old windows. They are just gorgeous and make the most amazing decor.
I was recently looking for a creative way to store and display all my necklaces (I have a LOT). That is when I thought up this idea. Why not turn an old window into a wall display?
Doing so, would help me get the necklaces out of a drawer and displayed beautifully.

Hooks (must have open-end so you can slide your necklace onto it)
Old Window
Measure the space you have in the frame of your window. Place one hook every 2″ to allow for adequate spacing.
Just screw the hooks into the frame. Apply a bit of pressure, and they should slide right into place. Make sure all of the hooks are all facing the same direction. That’s all it takes!
I hung my window on the wall using regular picture hangers, and it’s worked great for me. The patina on my window worked for me. However, you may want to paint your before adding the hooks.
