Ugly Sweater Parties are old hat! It’s time to do something new! We love doing an Ugly Sock Party! Instead of coming in your socks, you bring them stuffed with goodies, and tied up with a bow!
Everyone chooses a pair of socks, that they didn’t bring, and they get to keep the socks and the goodies inside. Each year, we take a picture of everyone’s feet in their new, funky, ugly Christmas socks, at the end of the night.
So, instead of coming in your socks, you leave in them! It’s a ton of fun, and everyone loves it! I’m going to teach you how to stuff your socks with goodies, so you can have an Ugly Sock Party too!

Small stocking type items to stuff them

SETTING UP YOUR PARTY
Remove all the shopping tags from the socks. Stuff them with fun goodies. Some of the items I usually add include:
- $5 Starbucks Gift Cards
- Candies
- Nail Polish
- Lotion
- Nail Clippers
Disperse them evenly into the socks, being careful not to overfill to they don’t tear or over-stretch.
Tie your socks together with your pretty Christmas ribbon. Now you’re ready to go. The uglier the socks, the better, just make sure they’re Christmasy! There are lots of places to find Christmas socks, but some popular places to check are Walmart, the Dollar Tree, Target etc. Have fun making a new tradition!
