I love finding new recipes to try for my family and so when I saw this one on Culinary Concoctions by Peabody, I knew I wanted to try it out! She has created this Three Cheese Prociutto Alfred Baked Ravioli recipe that is just out of this world! Both my husband I absolutely loved it. It combines two of my favorite foods – ravioli and alfredo. Now, I didn’t want to add up the calories in a serving (it is pretty rich), but it is so filling that I did not even finish my plate – as I was stuffed!

1 Jar of Marinara sauce
2 Pounds of cheese ravioli
Prosciutto Alfred Sauce (details below)
8 oz package of Mozzerlla cheese
1 cup grated parmesan cheese (approx)
The ingredients for the Prosciutto Alfredo Sauce include:
4 ounces diced Prosciutto
6 Tbsp unsalted butter
2 tsp chopped garlic
6 Tbsp flour
1 cup heavy cream
3 cups milk
8 oz. Grated Cheese blend (I used romano/parmesan and asiago blend)
