HOMEMADE SHOWER DECONGESTANT BOMBS
SUPPLIES
1 cup Baking Soda
2 TBSP Water
5 drops Eucalyptus Oil
5 drops Peppermint Oil
5 drops Lavender Oil
Mini cupcake liners and/or silicone pan
DIRECTIONS
The first step in making your shower decongestion drops is to combine baking soda, water, and essential oils together in a bowl. The consistency should be a thick paste, so make sure you do not add too much water (if it is runny, add a little more baking soda to thicken it a bit). Place 1 tablespoon of the mixture into a mini-sized cupcake liner or mini silicone cupcake pan.
Allow mixture to dry overnight or bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove discs from their liners and place in a jar or airtight container.
USING SHOWER DECONGESTANT DROPS
When you are congested, place a disc at the bottom of your shower (which you are in it, of course). The disc will dissolve putting the oils into the air. These scents can help relieve your congestion and help you breath better. Each dis takes around 10 minutes to fully dissolve.
