When it is hot outside, all you want is something cool and refreshing.  The same goes for your kids.  If they are like mine, they want a popsicle.

While I don’t mind them having this sweet treat once in a while, I’d rather it be a healthier option.  These pineapple popsicles actually do just that!

They are not only easy to make, but good for you too!  You can find some cute popsicle molds by heading over to Amazon.

Pineapple Popsicles

Ingredients

  • Pineapple Juice
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Create a mixture of 3/4 juice to 1/4 water.
  2. Pour into popsicle molds or ice cube trays.
  3. Freeze for 3 – 4 hours (until solid).
  4. Enjoy!
