It’s been a couple of weeks since I talked about the Debt Free Challenge. So, it is time to check in and see how everyone is doing! Are you still on track? Remember, you aren’t alone and there are tons of other readers who are right there with you. If you need some support or have any questions, you can always leave a comment here or you can check in on Facebook too!
Now, if you are new to the site and are sitting there asking “What is the Debt Free Challenge and can I join?” it isn’t too late!! Quite simply put, the Debt Free / Savings Challenge is my way to help readers get themselves out of debt. I have shared many tools, tips and ideas to help you do just that. So, if you want to join in and see how much debt you can eliminate before December 31, 2011, it isn’t too late! You can find links to all of the articles here – just start on week 1 and work at your own pace.
Now, if you have recently paid off a bill, you can add it to the tally sheet for the site. This sheet is totally anonymous – I have no way to link it back to you. It also isn’t required to fill out, but I think it would be amazing to be able to share the total amount of debt eliminated by all of you within one year. Head HERE to fill out the form.
If you need more help, I’d highly recommend that you check out CommunityAmerica Credit Union’s Financial Makeover. They will help any of you with any questions you have – whether you are a member or not!
So, keep on keepin’ on! You can do it! Before you know it, you will be able to shout “WE’RE DEBT FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
