Amazon’s annual Big Spring Sale is back again from March 25th through March 31st. Like most sales, there’s a mix of so-so discounts alongside some genuinely good deals. After looking through pages of “markdowns” (many of which aren’t much of a discount at all), I found a handful of kitchen items that are actually worth considering – but only if you were already planning to buy something similar. I’m sharing five kitchen deals that caught my eye for people who might be in the market for these types of products.

1. Instant Pot Vortex 6-Quart Air Fryer – $90 (was $140)

At $50 off, this 6-quart air fryer is a practical addition to any kitchen. The Instant Pot brand has proven reliability, and this size is perfect for a family of 4-5.

My take: We bought an air fryer two years ago and it’s cut our cooking time in half on busy weeknights. Our electric bill went down compared to using our full-size oven, and we’ve found ourselves cooking at home more often instead of ordering takeout when we’re tired.
